Aligned with stakeholders to define project goals and gather early insights. Conducted feature-sorting workshops to prioritize needs, fostering collaboration and setting a clear, user-focused design direction.
User Interview & Persona
Laura starts her day by dropping her children off at school. She heads off to the local courthouse for the morning pre-court briefing where she finds out which court she is assigned to.
Laura been using Libra for several years and is comfortable using it. She finds it helpful in progressing a case in some areas, but frustrating in others.
