Mapped step-by-step actions users take to access and use the new feature, from login to task completion, ensuring minimal friction.
Outlined the emotional and practical experience of a user interacting with the feature, identifying key touchpoints, pain points, and moments of delight.
Designed high-fidelity screens in Figma, visually representing each state of the new feature with consistent UI elements and accessibility in mind.
Additionally, Client requested two new homepage variants, to test layout and CTA effectiveness for app download. Measured performance through engagement metrics and conversion rates to select the optimal design.
